Let Us Go On
Let Us Go On: The Paper
Chapter One The Great Separation
It is said that we now live in a post-Christian society. This could be refined to say that we now live in a post Judaeo-Christian society. This is said even though the whole social and design infrastructure of the civilization we are living in has been built for the past many centuries on Biblical principles as adapted to secular understanding. However, it is undeniable that we are moving on toward a global society that is based on amoral technological presuppositions. Technological relativism provides a global common ground arrived at through the philosophy of pluralism, though in the end it is not so much a cultural pluralism that it creates as it is a global culture of materialistic uniformity.
If technological progress is an engine which moves us on toward a civilization design on the basis of a new infrastructure which will eventually even make the golden rule obsolete, then we are indeed living in the era of the spiritual warfare of Gog and Magog and in the time of the beginning of the separation of the sheep from the goats foretold in Matthew 25. If in the world we must go on to global technological perfection, which requires the destruction of true humanity as God created it, then as those who are separated by the hope of the Good News of Israel and Her Messiah from willingly pursuing that path, let us go on to messianic maturity by completing the reformation of our faith.
